You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Balagur a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content as needed to provide and improve the Services. This license ends when you delete the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balagur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the App or Services, or reliance on content therein. In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded under law, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law of the Russian Federation.

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in the Russian Federation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the App or Services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Policy.
