Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope
These Terms of Use (this “Policy”) govern your use of the Balagur application (“App”) and related services (“Services”). By using the App or Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Services.
2. Who may use
- You must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by law in your jurisdiction.
- You must comply with all applicable laws of the Russian Federation and any other jurisdiction you are subject to.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials and any keys (if provided) secure; do not share them.
- Use the App and Services only for lawful purposes, respecting the rights of others.
- You are responsible for content you upload or share, ensuring it complies with this Policy.
4. Prohibited content and behaviour
You must not use the App or Services to:
- Violate any law or regulation of the Russian Federation or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Upload, share or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, or otherwise offensive.
- Encourage discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristic.
- Infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.) of others.
- Transmit spam, viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
- Use the App for fraud, phishing, or other deceptive behaviour.
- Upload content that exploits minors or is sexually explicit involving minors.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation or identity.
5. Moderation and enforcement
- We may remove or refuse to display any content that we believe violates this Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for breaches of this Policy.
- We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
6. Intellectual property and licensing
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Balagur a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content as needed to provide and improve the Services. This license ends when you delete the content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balagur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the App or Services, or reliance on content therein. In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded under law, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law of the Russian Federation.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in the Russian Federation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the App or Services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Policy.
